I cannot say thank you enough to Dr. Block and his staff. I had to have a root canal two weeks ago and they got me in within 24 hours of scheduling. He was incredibly professional and caring for everything I had to say. I never had a cavity before, let alone a root canal. My teeth are incredibly sensitive and he paid extreme condition with me being pregnant of what he could and couldn’t do for me. After my appointment, I found out that I needed another root canal after a normal cavity filling did not work at my general dentist. I had an extreme emergency. I couldn’t sleep at night because I was in so much pain. I didn’t know what to do, so I called Dr. Block and he said he would get me in the next day. Despite him being fully booked, he still saw me and performed a root canal. I would highly recommend him to anyone and am so thankful for the work he did. I’m going thru one of the worst seasons of my life outside of these teeth issues, and it’s so comforting to know there are specialists that care about people because they are in need. Thank you, Dr. Block for everything. I’m thanking the Lord this evening for guiding your hands and giving you the ability to help people. I hope you were able to finally have some lunch after your shift and some rest. It is well deserved!

Went here Saturday 1-3-2026 for an emergency tooth extraction from a tooth that was making me so sick. All the people here are SO caring and professional I don't know what I would've done without them being open on Saturday, quite literally they saved my life. Best dentist I've ever visited, highly recommend!!!

I have always had the biggest fear of dentists. I had a terrible tooth infection, and they were able to get me in as a new client the very next day (right before thanksgiving!) I wish I had the name of the nurse who sat with me, played music, gave me graham crackers, and held my hand throughout the entire experience. So incredibly grateful for these guys.

I waited with a bad tooth until it was throbbing up to my ear. They took me in as a new patient in less than 2 hours. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. At triage, DeeDee was welcoming & understanding. Dr. Harris is top notch - he put me at ease with caring comments, then made sure I had a pain-free extraction. He was so efficient that I didn't even realize when the tooth was out. Detailed care instructions were given and I left feeling much better than I felt going in!

Dr. Miller and his assistant ((her name started with a K, I am terrible at names) that saw me Saturday were absolutely phenomenal in every way. Kindness and projecting a safety and secureness that I have not experienced in 10 or 15 years at a dentist office. Elite Smiles, these two individuals are not replaceable. You can fake alot of things, but true human kindness and decency is not able to be reproduced. He explained every single thing he did in my mouth and also executed the procedure in a timely manner and his assistant matched his care in every single way. I have been coming here for about 3 years now. I have had great experiences with everyone I've seen, however, this past Saturday was an EPIC dentist visit I have only gotten to experience maybe twice in my lifetime. There is friendly service from all staff here from the front desk to the team that works on your teeth. This review is for my cleaning on 7/24/2025 with Andi (the lady from California). Background - due to some things that transpired in my life, I was broke and couldn’t go to the dentist for 8 years. When my situation changed, I went to see Dr. Chad Lasperowski in NoVA and I explained to them why I hadn’t been, and they treated me great. In fact, their practice does the Washington Redskins/Commanders. Anyway, first rate service. This is my 3rd time coming to Elite Smiles. The first time was ok, but the 2nd time I was in and out in like 20 minutes and I assumed that my teeth didn’t have a great deal of buildup. But today, Andi showed me the pictures of my teeth and it’s clear that the lady who did my cleaning on my 2nd visit, who didn’t take pictures and I saw today, rushed me out of there without being thorough. So today, when we started, Andi was doing the things that Dr. Kasperowski did. Put numbing stuff on my gums, explained everything and asked questions…..first rate service. At the end of the cleaning I made my next appointment with Andi and asked for her cell so if she left, I’d follow her. She told me she couldn’t do that as it is illegal so I shared my experience with Lisa both at the counter and via phone call. Bottom line…..KEEP ANDI!! She is THE BEST!!! I don’t want to drive 6 hours back to DC as I did for 2 years but I will. Dr. Hafner and Dr. Alani are exceptional dentists — both are highly knowledgeable and genuinely take the time to listen and provide thoughtful, personalized care. Susan is a wonderful hygienist with a gentle touch and a warm demeanor that puts you at ease right away. The front office and support team deserve just as much recognition.
